Buchanan Forest Products is officially bankrupt

Buchanan Forest Products, of Thunder Bay, Ontario, has officially gone bankrupt.

The company has declared:

Total Liabilities of $43,024,883

Total Assets of $15,194,789

Yves Fricot, legal counsel for Buchanan, said the company will resume operations as soon as the lumber market turns around under a new name.
