There was a fire at the closed AbitibiBowater paper mill in Dalhousie, New Brunswick earlier this week.
Thick black smoke could be seen bellowing from the mill on the morning of February 21st. The Dalhousie Fire Department was the first on the scene and called for backup from two other fire departments.
The fire is rumoured to have started from faulty transformers.
A local video journalist captured all the action on film (two parts):
The Dalhousie mill has been closed since January 2008.
