Lakehead University seeks $36 million for forest research facility

Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario is seeking $36 million from Ontario's provincial government to build a new forest research facility.

The new facility would be called, "Biofor".

It would be used by the University as a designated space to house the forest researchers and their equipment.

It is expected that 50 researchers and grad students would be housed by the new building.
