Tolko won court order, but will the roadblock come down?

On Friday, the British Columbia Supreme Court issued an order for the Okanagan Indian Band to remove their roadblock.

Tolko Industries haven't been able to log in the Brown's Creek area because the Okanagan Indian Band erected a blockade to stop logging.

The Okanagan Indian Band is worried the logging will threaten their drinking water. They plan to keep their blockade in place while they appeal the court ruling.

It will now be up to the RCMP to enforce the order.
