Canadian Wood Products and Tembec Announce an Exclusive Sales Agreement

Montreal, February 2, 2012. Today, Canadian Wood Products (CWP) with headquarters in Montreal along with Tembec announce that we have come to an agreement on the rights to market Tembec's MSR (Machine Stress Rated) lumber products. CWP will act as the exclusive distributor for the North American market.

As of April 1st, 2012, CWP will offer Tembec lumber to our existing customers as well as market these products to all users of MSR lumber within Canada and the US.
