Fraser Papers receives extension to creditor protection period

Fraser Papers received an extension to their creditor protection from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the CCAA (Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act).

This extension is through December 4, 2009 and was supported by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the Court appointed Monitor of the Company's CCAA process.
