Tolko Industries is curtailing its Armstrong, British Columbia division for a minimum of 1 week.
The curtailment, scheduled for market re-adjustment, will begin on July 5th.
150 employees will be affected.
Tolko Industries is a private company with more than 3,500 employees in Western Canada, including in Armstrong, Lavington and Lumby.
It’s a major producer and marketer of lumber, veneer, plywood, oriented strand board, and kraft papers, with manufacturing operations.
